Under EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to return items purchased online or at a distance within 14 days of receiving them, without needing to provide any reason. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund. We generally discourage returns due to their environmental impact, as online returns are harmful to the environment. We strongly encourage mindful shopping to minimize the environmental impact of returns. However, we remain committed to honoring your rights as a consumer under EU law, and in no way discourage legitimate returns.

Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are allowed to reduce the refund if the item’s value is diminished due to excessive handling or missing packaging. We may reduce your refund if the item’s value is diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will arrive automatically to your debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, usually 3-4 days.
Exchanges

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless you received the wrong item or the item is faulty, defective, or not as described.
